This depends on wether you ordered the DEEMS Device only or a set of crystals as well. Each DEEMS Device is hand crafted individually and takes 1-6 weeks for your order to ship and 1-3 weeks for shipping depending on your country of origin and chosen shipping method. Orders placed with crystals may take an additional 1-2 weeks.

To be ABSOLUTELY CLEAR, the DEEMS Device doesn't cure any diseases or heal any conditions in of itself. What the device does do is provide the necessary electromagnetic and ambient energies combined with your already existing energy field to your body. This helps amp up the supply of these energies assisting your body in healing itself. This is where your intuition and intentions come in. If you intend to be healed then the supplied energy will likely do just that. The DEEMS Device is simply a tool to assist your body to do what it's meant to do naturally.

No. The red dots are simply there to indicate the northern pole of the magnet. The device no longer has a red dot to indicate polarity. The ring magnet can go on either side of the device. 

The side of the DEEMS Device with the two red dots is the northern or positive pole. This is the side where the vortex of energy comes out of the device. The side of the device without any markings at all is the south or the negative pole. This side draws energy into the ring magnet creating the vortex on the side marked with the red dots.

I our personal experience the answer is yes. However, its been suggested by US Customs and Border Protection and the United States Transportation and Security Administration, (TSA) that the device be checked in with luggage. If you choose to carry it on, be prepared to be pulled aside while going through security. They will likely test the device for explosives residue or they may in fact deny you t carry it on board. This is routine and to be expected so give yourself the proper extra time when heading to the airport and carry a bag that you can check in if the DEEMS Device is denied in your carry on luggage.

Yes, this is completely normal. We make the DEEMS Device with a removable ring magnet so it can be replaced if necessary.
